Revocable Living Trusts

A legal document in which you change the ownership of most of your assets to the Trust. You own the assets; you control the assets; you can change the Trust. The assets you title in the Trust AVOID PROBATE at your death. You decide who is in charge of your estate when you die or if you become mentally incapacitated, and who are the beneficiaries to receive your estate.
